These highly pressurised, flammable products must be handled carefully in a production environment to avoid serious health and safety risks. We can upgrade our sleeve sealing range to incorporate a full suite of aerosol safety features, including CO2 flooding, flame detectors, pack counters and temperature overload circuitry to ensure your set-up is 100% BAMA compliant.
Bags with antimicrobial properties: Many individual packs of medicines and pharmaceuticals can be successfully packed with a vertical auto bagging unit. For these applications, we would also recommend the use of a gamma-patient poly bag, which are ideal for syringes, implants, surgical gloves. Their antimicrobial properties maintain complete sterility and prevent contamination during transit.
