Standard LDPE and mailing bags - now with recycled content!

Designed for use with our tabletop and stand-alone vertical bagging systems, our range of standard polyethylene bags include clear, opaque and two-tone combination finishes. Our mailing bags are typically white on the outside with a black inside finish for product security purposes. Although these bags are configured from standard 'off-the-shelf' LDPE materials, they can be customised in a number of ways for a highly tailored final bag.

All standard polybags and mailers are suitable for direct on-bag printing of information, logos and images, whether on clear, coloured or opaque films. Barcodes and QR codes can also be printed onto bags. Choose from a range of printed colours to suit your corporate branding.

On-bag printing negates the need for secondary packaging such as paper inserts, adhesive labels or card headers, which can save your business not only costs but time. With direct on-pack printing there is also no compromise to the recyclability of the bags as they remain a mono-material. The addition of adhesive labels adversely affects the ability to recycle bags due to the multiple compounds involved in the finished pack.

Upgraded features

YPS can accommodate a wealth of handy features to level up your bag. Headers of any thickness upwards of 25ml can be added to our standard bags to ensure a product-free area at the top for ease of hanging in retail environments. Hang and handle holes of any style and shape can be incorporated as well as vent holes for the expiration of air. Easy-open perforation strips are available either horizontally or vertically and our standard mailers can be supplied with reclosable strips for e-commerce applications.
