BY offers exceptional clarity and gloss that other alternatives on the market are unable to compete with. It also boasts unique low-temperature properties. Its hot slip characteristics after shrinking are extremely suited to applications involving stacked presentation products in boxes, offering ease of entry and removal onto the display shelf without damaging or snagging the packaging film. Compared to other standard shrink films, BY demonstrates up to 20% higher shrink capacity for tight, wrinkle-free aesthetics.

Designed to run using high-speed side sealers, BY polyolefin shrink film gives excellent results on manual right through to automatic high-speed machines.

Available in centrefolded and single-wound sizes, we keep high stocks of this popular shrink film in a wide variety of sizes in order to maintain fast delivery times. Options like pre-perforation ('BY H') or non-hotslip ('BY N') are also available upon request.

All specifications of our ultra-thin technology BY polyolefin can be supplied with a plastic tax-avoiding 30%+ post-consumer waste recycled content. We can certify the use of recycled content materials in the blend and ensure full traceability throughout the entire regranulation process. You can be confident in the quality standards of plastic products through the recycling stream with YPS. We can confirm that our BY specification boasting recycled polymers suffers no penalties to performance and appearance compared to our standard presentation shrink wrap.
